V3 stand for "VOLUNTEERS with VISION bringing VICTORY". The V3 Team is the volunteer base of The Way Church. Every active member serving in any ministry at The Way is a part of the V3 Team. 

God has called every believer to serve in His kingdom in some capacity. The purpose of the V3 Team is to help you activate your calling by serving in any of our ministries. All of our V3 Team members have been trained through our V3 Classes. In addition to serving at The Way, they have special access to closed-door events to receive further teaching and training with pastoral staff and guest ministers on a quarterly basis.
